I like seeing new toys, but I feel guilty getting excited about them while the Brute is still neglected.

We broke it off today. :( She told me that she told her ex about our relationship, but I found a bit of information that made me doubt this and also raised some suspicions of whether or not the two of them were continuing to have some sort of intimate relationship. Enough, I thought. I called her and told her that I needed to talk to her ex/bff NOW. I want to hear absolute verification from the source. Her reply was "NO." She said that she'd turned her life upside-down for me (breaking it off with her ex and then telling him about us) ...

Gross, Zaha :p She told him, he isn't happy, but I don't think that the friendship is destroyed. Things between us have been getting steadily better over the past few days. I do appreciate the advice, guys, and will keep it in mind. However, I am interested to see if this can still work, so I'm going to (cautiously) continue to see her. Perhaps this is just me being a typical, naive young(ish) person...Guess we'll see. :|
