Welcome to the
57th Squadron
57th Squadron – is a gaming
family dedicated to having fun with friends online while maintaining the
highest standards of skill and sportsmanship.
The 57th Squadron is open to all mature
adults who enjoy gaming with friends. We
welcome all challenges, be they in game or in life, and we face each with the
same vigor and together.
Please read the following information:
In any organization an applicant must exhibit
the ability to follow instructions. This
is your first test in that effort.
Please read down and follow the instructions:
First, please read the "About Us” page on the 57th Squadron and learn what it is we as a Squadron are all about. We are an ADULT gaming organization. Joining the 57th
Squadron isn’t simply about winning at any and all costs. It’s about making honor, respect,
loyalty, maturity and having fun.
Next, visit the Rules & Regulations page. Please pay special
attention to protocol. It is what we use
at times to keep order and is also a sign of respect for those in command who
call upon it.
Thirdly, and this is an important step, new applicants must
download and install Teamspeak3.

Once installed, you can find the proper server information for setup and login below.
Now that you have learned a bit about us and the
requirements and standards that we maintain in the 57th, and you feel you are
still interested in applying and becoming part of this organization, it is time
for us to learn a bit about you. Please
visit the application page and submit an application for review:

An important step in the application process is obtaining a
sponsor. The best way to get a sponsor and get to know the members is to play
with them and talk to them in Teamspeak.
A sponsor may be any member of the 57th in the division you applied
to. When you feel comfortable enough,
ask any member if they would sponsor your application for membership. Once you apply you are considered an Applicant. Once you obtain a sponsor you become a Cadet and will be given Cadet Status on our
website. You can now see why downloading
and using Teamspeak is an important part of joining the 57th
Squadron.
As a Cadet you will be expected to make an attempt to join us on Teamspeak and in game. You will need to use your cadet signature
while posting on the forums and you are allowed to use our tags. If you have any questions you need to take
them to your sponsor. It is the
responsibility of the sponsor to groom and prepare you for the membership test. Please remember, when you wear our tags you
represent the entire 57th Squadron, not only in your specific division but all divisions. A cadets actions are a direct reflection on their sponsor, meaning no sponsor needs a
headache.
Once your sponsor feels you are ready for the test he will
request the Division Command to give you your membership test and the division command will make
all of the arrangements. A minimum of
two members and one command member must be present.
One of three things will happen as a result of your test. You will pass the test and be given your membership, you will fail your test and be asked to leave or you will fail the test and remain in cadet status for more training for an indeterminate amount of time.
This is our primary process for our membership program. We have learned through the years that our
membership process does not fit all games the same and it needs to be flexible
enough to accommodate these variations.
A Division Commander may request variations of this process that better
fit their specific game and game conditions from the Senior Command.
For all that apply, God Bless and good luck and always keep
in mind... you have to have fun to make it all worthwhile.
